What do I need to know before signing up for the A&M Membership?
It is an all-digital loyalty program where you’ll get points for all your shopping, both in-store and online. Our membership is completely free of charge, but you have to be 16 years old to become a member.
How do I earn points?
Every purchase you make is rewarded with points.
Where can I find my rewards?
You will receive updated information about your current offers from our sales manager.
When do I reach plus level?
Your membership level will be upgraded to the Plus level once you reach 500 points.
Will I be refunded my bonus if I make a return?
Bonus vouchers will not be reissued if you make an exchange. Exchange is available in-store only, where you will be given an item of the same value as the one you are returning.
For how long are my points valid?
Your points are valid for 12 months following your membership start date. Your membership year starts on a given date found on the member system. At the end of the membership year, the points will be reset, and a new membership year starts.
How much is a point worth?
$1 spent = 1 point
How long is an offer valid?
It depends on the offer, it may vary.
Do I earn points on all purchases?
Yes, points are earned on all purchases with the exception of gift cards.
Will I earn points for the delivery of the orders?
The points are not taken from the delivery price and are not valid for the delivery either, only for flower purchases.

You can cancel your membership by contacting your Personal Manager.
