How long will my flowers last?
You can enjoy your flowers for 5 days, but it depends on what kind of bouquet you are choosing.
If they are bouquets that stay in the water, they are around you from 3 to 5 days (but to remain fresh and alive they need a little care from you). Flowers in a boxed arrangement will stay with you from 2 to 4 days, as they soak water from floral sponges that dry sooner.
And we must assure you that flowers are beautiful living things, so you can’t know for sure how long they’ll decide to live. But what you can do is to look after them a little, like to change the water, to trim the ends and to place them in a comfortable area to bloom.
How to care for my flowers so they last longer?
How many flowers are usually in a bouquet or a flower arrangement?
Every flower is flawless and unique, just like a human. So there are no roses or peonies of identical size as well, therefore you can’t say for sure how much buds will be needed for a certain composition.
But we surely can guarantee that your bouquet or arrangement will be perfectly, harmoniously and creatively composed by professionals, and will be the correct size of an order: Small, Medium, Large or Deluxe.
Can I get a corporate pay discount?
Certainly, you can! You just need to have at least 5 items and to notify us directly or by email about your order.
Can I get flower delivery today?
Sure, we'll happily deliver flowers for you the same day, but you need to make an order before 3PM.
Will my bouquet be identical to the photo on the website?
Not exactly identical, but for sure as close as it can be. Flowers are unique, so there is no possible way to find the same pairs of them. That's why it’s kind of impossible to make it, but we’ll do our best, to compose it alike and flawlessly for you.
And please note that some bouquets or arrangements have seasonal flowers, therefore we are replacing them with others or similar ones from those we have in stock.
Can my flowers be delivered?
Surely! We can deliver flowers with a minimum price order 50$ to Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, Staten Island by our staff driver. And on special conditions, we also can deliver to Long Island, Bronx, and New Jersey.
The price for a delivery will be automatically calculated while you are placing the order on our website.
Can I choose the size of my flower bouquet or arrangement?
Yes, you can choose a needed size of the bouquet or arrangement from our four size options. Approximate dimensions:
Small 8 - 10”
Medium 12 - 14”
Large 14 - 16”
Deluxe 16 - 18”
How does your flower subscription work?
We deliver flowers every two weeks or if you request more or less frequently. Our shipping cost is free for Brooklyn, so as a vase for a bouquet. Also, we'd love to mention that we make compositions to fit your interior with flowers that last longer and fill your place with freshness and beauty.
Is it possible to customize my bouquet?
Sure, you just need to write details and desires down in the notes section while making the order.
Can I add extras to my flower order?
Positively, yes! We can sign a postcard for you, and even add macaroons, or balloons to your order.
What if I want to return flowers?
If you have already taken flowers or they have been delivered to you, we don’t accept returns or exchanges.
What if I need to cancel my order?
In that case, don’t worry. You can cancel the order and get a full refund, but only if you warn us 48 hours in advance. If you let us know in less than 48 hours, still don’t be concerned your money will be converted as “credit” for your next order.
What if I want to change something in a bouquet or arrangement?
In such a case you just need to let us know your desires by filling in the notes section while making the order on the website.
